Q: How do I transfer my tickets?
A: Log in to your ATG Tickets account and go to your Orders. If transfers are enabled, click Transfer Tickets, select the tickets you want to share, and generate a link to copy and send to the recipient via message or email.

 

 

Q: What happens after I create a transfer link?
A: The tickets will appear as Pending Transfer in your account. You can re-copy the link or cancel the transfer before it’s accepted. Tickets that have been sent are no longer usable by you.

 

 

Q: How does the recipient claim the tickets?
A: The recipient clicks on the transfer link, logs in or creates an account, and accepts the tickets. Once accepted, the tickets move to their account and appear in your Sent tab.

 

Q. Who receives a refund if a show is canceled?
A: Refunds for canceled shows will only be issued to the original purchaser of the order.

 

Q: What happens to ticket protection if I transfer my ticket?
A: Ticket protection only applies to tickets you currently hold, and a claim can only be made by the original purchaser. Once a ticket is transferred, it is no longer eligible for a claim, unless the ticket is sent back to the original purchaser.

 

Q: Can I transfer multiple tickets?

A. Yes. If your order includes multiple tickets, you can transfer them to one or more recipients. During the transfer process, you’ll be able to choose which tickets to send and assign a recipient to each.

 

Q: Can ticket extras be transferred?

A. Most extras (such as food & beverage or merchandise) are not transferable. However, extras that are sold as part of a ticket package (e.g., seats that include lounge or VIP access) may be transferable alongside the ticket.

 

Q: Do I need an account to transfer or accept tickets?

A. Both the sender and recipient need an active account to complete a transfer. If the recipient doesn’t have an account, they’ll be prompted to create one in order to accept the transfer.
