Since you were unable to attend the performance for which you had tickets, we invite you to add your name to our past date courtesy waiting list. The past date courtesy provides a possible opportunity for you to attend a future performance of the Broadway show you missed.
Due to the popularity of our shows, it is unlikely that we will be able to honor past dated tickets in the immediate future, if at all. The number of tickets available for purchase does not reflect past dating availability, which is determined closer to the performance date.
Please note, your tickets for a past performance have no monetary value. Past dated tickets are valid only for the production and the theatre for which they were purchased. We cannot guarantee tickets will be available for past dating. We cannot guarantee that the locations available for past dating will be in the same section or level of the theatre as your original tickets. Additionally, we cannot past date complimentary tickets or honor past dated tickets during the final weeks of a production’s engagement. Please understand that past dating is at the sole discretion of theatre management and may not be possible.
