When you purchase, we’ll send an order confirmation email with your e-Tickets attached, to the email address you used when purchasing.
- Usually you’ll receive your tickets right away.
- Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service.
- For some events, tickets will be issued 48 hours prior to the show. You will still receive an email confirmation shortly after booking.
If you have made a booking and can’t find your e-Tickets please try these tips:
- Check your email spam, deleted or junk folders.
- Search "atgtickets" or "ATG tickets" in your email search to retrieve all emails from us.
- Make sure the right email address is being used. e-Tickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
