When you purchase tickets, we’ll send an order confirmation email, with your e-Tickets attached wherever possible, to the email address used at checkout.
- Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service.
- For some events, tickets will be issued 48 hours prior to the show. This will be clearly stated in your confirmation email.
If you can’t find your confirmation e-mail please try these tips:
- Check your email spam, deleted or junk folders.
- Search "atgtickets" or "ATG tickets" in your email search to retrieve all emails from us.
- Emails will be sent from boxoffice@ussecure.atgtickets.com.
- Make sure the right email address is being used. eTickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
